Lots of confusion setting in as the final homeless decision comes to fruition. Actually, there was no homeless decision. Homelessness is a default scenario. Nothing more, nothing less.

The "blog" is in its final days as well. It could be mummified at any time (or the end of the month at the very latest). For those of the dwindling readership who are leaving permanently at this time, I would like to express my gratitude and offer a fond farewell.

Anyone continuing on until the bitter end, not to worry. The transition to the social media conduit will be seamless. In fact, the social media conduit has been set up already. It is all viewable by anyone. No requests or special accounts are necessary.

As stated previously, the social media conduit only facilitates very limited dialogue. So, there will be little in-depth coverage on any topic. Perfect for homelessness, eh?

Preparations for homelessness continues. I have divested my backpack that was serving as luggage. I cannot keep anything in the homeless motorhome (read: minivan) that looks valuable or looks as though it may contain valuables.

Typical "Good To Go" Hottie

As far as acquisitions, I only need a decent sleeping bag and the costly window deflectors for the minivan. Then, I will be "good to go."

I should mention that the homeless crisis in the islands is out of control. Few people really know the extent of the crisis. Even posh Hawai'i Kai now has a sizeable homeless population.

Silence, Little Lamb!

Eventually, due to extreme political stupidity, homelessness will become a criminal offense. There's just no way around it. So little is being done to address the issue that eventually, when the truth surfaces, there will be a panic move to violent Draconian measures. Naturally, I will be right there "in the mix" when the gauntlet is laid down.
