Firewall Farce

My Skype® account has finally been terminated, another major step toward Net freedom. E-mail has already been reduced to defunct status. To celebrate, terse tidbits are in order:

• The small piece of luggage is slated for divestiture. Its usefulness is questionable since the maintenance of an elaborate wardrobe is ludicrous. And, cheap replacement clothing can readily be purchased at numerous discount outlets.
• A small, albeit cheap, backpack will be procured to replace the luggage. Whatever remaining clothes will be stuffed into it. The backpack will then be stored indefinitely in the Nissan® Cube in preparation for homelessness.
• Homeless decision? Fate will be the determinant. Although, there is a clear shortage of beat-up minivans (read: homeless motorhomes).

Sadly, I must reveal that the no-root firewall "apps" for the command center of doom (read: cheap "smartphone") are unreliable. Changing any parameter while the "apps" are running will cause it to malfunction without notifying the user. So, the crap was mummified.
