Five Easy Pieces

Last night, I was quite disheartened by the discovery that the newly acquired luggage was seemingy obsolete. I am simply unable to comprehend why we humans need so much "stuff" to survive.

Typical Engineering Hottie
Later, I was able to engineer my way out of the problem. The luggage now contains all of my clothes and a few other necessities. The remaining loose sundries are consumables and expendables. I will be able to fit the latter into a recycled shopping bag.

So, the entire inventory of my worldly possessions will fit in the luggage and a recycled shopping bag. I will put the bedding into a small trash bag. And, the electric fan will also be placed in a small trash bag. Not counting the wireless speaker, I have only have five pieces to move (including my gym bag). The wireless speaker will not be moved into the Chinatown mausoleum ... errr, dormitory.

Incidentally, the heatwave finally ended with the resumption of the tradewinds. Mind you, the ambient temperature is still fairly high. Any relief, though, is better than nothing.
